My rotel tastes nasty after adding this cheese. I'm so sick of these companies screwing us Americans out of our money.

No way the company tasted this trash and thought it was a good idea to pass it on to consumers! Ruined my whole meal.

This company deserves o stars for their products. I purchased 2 boxes of the Velveeta shells & cheese made it with kelbasi for an easy dinner for my family found some ones nasty artificial nail in the Mac & Cheese so disgusting.

You figured the people packaging this stuff would be wearing gloves apparently she didnt so groce. The employee that did this knows she lost her nail nor does she care.

This needs to be investigated and she needs to be held accountable for what she did. I will never ever purchase from this company ever again so disgusting.

My fiance and I bought Kraft Shells and Cheese in Gerritys Supermarket on Meadow Avenue in Scranton PA on February 11th,2025. We cooked it according to the directions and both got violently ill vomiting and diarrhea.

We called our Dr and they treated it as food Poisoning and we were better in approximately 48 hours.

It was not a nice feeling and do feel something should be done. We have eaten this several times before and checked our dates always.

Not only is the pasta so cheap now to where it shreds into pieces in the boiling water, but the cheese isn't even real anymore. It's practically rubber that takes so long to melt evenly and if it gets cold it becomes rubber again.

Don't waste your money anymore. The decline in quality is the same reason the ratings are plummeting.

I found an insect in Velveeta cheese while cutting up the block. I wonder what kind of insect it is. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

I was cooking the noodles and it had two pieces of plastic mixed in with it. This is wrong and I would like to talk about it.

I bought a box of velveeta Mac and cheese for Thanksgiving dinner and when I went to open the cheese packet there was a large disgusting looking hard brown thing in it. We had no idea what it was and was afraid to eat the rest of the packet. I took a picture and saved it and have it in my fridge right now.

I dont know what change but if I cook them now for eight minutes on the grill or stove, they look like mashed potatoes thats unacceptable as I paid good money for your product so what is going on?

I've been eating Velveeta cheese for 50 years, and now it hardly has any taste at all. Why did you make it 50 percent less fat?

Big mistake. When you took half the fat away, you also took away half the taste. I will not purchase any more Velveeta cheese until it is restored to the original version.

How can you put 'original' on the package when it is not original at all? That's false advertising.

I just opened my cup of Mac and cheese with boiled water and looked inside. There were two roaches in it. I took a picture and I didn't eat it.

They only got 1 star because I wanted to post a review to let the world know that they don't care no more cause we open a box of original Velveeta Mac and cheese box of 3 it look like chucks of flesh in the cheese sauce so I looked at the box to make sure it wasn't the bacon it said original so I took a peice out of the sauce washed it off and it look unnatural so we took picture and called the company they offered coupons and customers service wasnt very nice!I'll never buy there crap again keep your coupons I'll tell the world now!It looks like flesh in the cheese sauce!

I called and spoke to a nice representative and was told that some coupons for free Velveeta skillets were being mailed to my boyfriend's place( that's where we were cooking the original skillet), and I'm still waiting for them. We had expired seasoning packet that was hard as a rock inside the box, which was not expired.

Weird. I'm not a pissed off customer!

As long as we receive the free coupons, then Velveeta customer service is easy to reach, friendly, and seem to care to resolve any issues. Thank you.
