Disappointed Customer.
Hi. I wasnt really sure how to go about this message because I am still very much disgusted to the point where I dont think I will ever be able to consume another Velveeta product for a VERY long time.
Not too long ago I was consuming a velveeta mac & cheese microwave cup on my lunch break at work when I had noticed something off. At first, I thought it was possibly just maybe a speck of seasoning out of the cheese packet but as I analyzed further I had come to realization that there was a roach inside of my cup. The cup was being stored in my kitchen cabinet at home, and it sure didnt come from my job meaning it was packaged inside my cup wherever that may have been. I really would like a response back so we can figure out where to go from here.
I do have pictures with said roach and mac & cheese cup.
Please get back to me as soon as possible. Thank you.
Preferred solution: i would like to handle this privately instead of going big and getting a lawyer and suing. I’d like a decent check.

! I had to throw them out and the Velveeta too because it was sooooo nasty, didn't even taste like cheese but like some slimy orange vegetable oil tasting dough!!

Small noodles the cheese packet was not smooth and creamy velveeta cheese not sure why companies are doing this to their product but I know I will not buy any of your products again
